As a result of significant international growth and increased regulatory requirements within the sector our client is looking to hire a number of positions within their Legal, Compliance & Regulatory function.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor global legal and regulatory developments and document requirements relevant to company operations.
• Assist with implementing internal controls and governance procedures to ensure compliance.
• Manage compliance and governance projects, including risk assessments and audits.
• Maintain key compliance records such as decision logs, audit logs, and information management policies.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement and test online safety tools, focusing on product safety metrics and roadmaps.

What we are looking for:

• Candidates with experience in legal or compliance functions.
• Experience working in a regulator, technology or media company.
• Legal or Compliance qualification
• Experience managing compliance and legal projects is highly desirable.
• Meticulous in documenting and maintaining compliance records.
• Experience working with software development and cross-functional teams (nice to have)
• Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in online safety and product management (nice to have)
