The Detroit office seeks to add an associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in health care and life science (HCLS) law.  A substantive background and significant experience in handling legal issues pertaining to the HCLS industry, including compliance and regulatory advice, fraud and abuse, transactional, reimbursement, clinical research, and/or internal investigations, is preferred.  The candidate must be used to and comfortable with working in a team atmosphere and must have excellent academic credentials.  This is a unique opportunity to join Law360’s health care practice group of the year, a leader in HCLS working with national health systems, global life science enterprises, Fortune 20 companies, emerging digital health organizations, and private equity, in the US and abroad.
