The Dallas office is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join the Antitrust & Competition Law Practice.  Qualified applicants should have at least two years of experience (private firm or government agency) in antitrust matters, including a mix of transactions, investigations (FTC/DOJ/State AG), complex litigation (particularly federal), and client counseling.  Solid foundation in pre-merger investigations required.  Experience with transportation, energy, technology, and retail industries is desirable but not a prerequisite.  Applicants must be able to demonstrate strong research, writing, and analytical skills; an ability to work independently and creatively; an ability to manage multiple matters seamlessly and simultaneously; an ability to work successfully as part of a team; and excellent academic credentials. Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently be eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply.  To be considered, please provide a cover letter, resume, and final law school transcript.
