We are seeking qualified candidates to join a dynamic and growing practice representing large- and mid-cap public companies across the country. This practice involves representing a wide range of public companies in SEC disclosure and compliance, corporate governance, corporate law, and ESG implementation and disclosure. Qualified candidates should have some experience in advising public companies on securities filings and compliance or on corporate governance matters, such as experience advising on Exchange Act disclosure requirements, executive compensation design and report, and climate-change or ESG issues, or advising on corporate governance standards, such as stock exchange independence determinations.
