Type of Experience: Recognized as a “Litigation Powerhouse” by Law360, King & Spalding seeks commercial litigation associates to support its award-winning litigation and trial practices in Los Angeles and San Francisco. The associates will be integral members of the firm’s industry leading Business Litigation practice group, which handles a wide range of high-stakes litigation matters for corporate clients. We operate as a collaborative team focused on exceptional client service and associate development.

Qualified candidates will have outstanding academic credentials, strong written and oral advocacy skills, experience handling discovery and other trial preparation at a large law firm or civil litigation boutique, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $260,000 to $365,000. The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
