Summary: Responsible for ordering and reviewing title commitments prepared by the title company, identifying any requirements and exceptions needed to obtain a clear title policy. Review surveys in accordance with company requirements. Draft various documents and facilitate document routing and tracking to final recording of documents in the public record. Perform general real estate diligence review functions for properties acquired, owned, or operated by the Company. Perform administrative tasks for the corporate legal department and General Counsel. Work closely with internal departments and teams on various issues. Be able to multitask and excel in a fast paced and high energy environment.

Job Functions: Prepare company entity agreements and maintain corporate records for company corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. Provide administrative support to the corporate legal department including processing of incoming mail, submitting and tracking documents to be recorded in the public record. Perform basic title reviews and assist paralegals to clear requirements and exceptions relating to properties acquired and developed by the Company to obtain a clear title. Order surveys and basic review of surveys to ensure corporate standards are reflected and assist paralegals to clear survey defects and insure appropriate and insurable interest. Draft real estate closing documentation in accordance with local and state requirements, and route for proper execution, witness and notary requirements. Maintain digital and physical real estate documentation and insure accurate receipt of ground interest documents and title policies for Company properties Maintain insurance database and ensure all tenants follow the insurance requirements under their leases. Provide backup assistance on tasks for the Legal Administrative Assistant including general assistance to Legal Team and other departments relating to real estate issues and corporate needs. Cause compliance with Company loan covenants relating to recording of mortgages and title policies

Supervisory Responsibilities: None Working Conditions and Physical Demands: Position will work directly from the corporate office with minimum travel.



Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a real estate and/or corporate legal department Prefer paralegal certification or Certified Legal Assistant Prefer minimum 3 years’ experience in wireless communication or real estate industry Strong organization skills with a positive high energy mindset. Demonstrated mastery balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced high energy environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with supervisor, clients, colleagues, and vendors. Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team.
