Phillips Edison’s operating platform provides retail services including acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and management of grocery-anchored retail centers.
What you'll do:
We are seeking a mid- to senior-level commercial real estate transactions attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated experience in transactional real estate including acquisitions, management, and development in progressively more responsible roles. This role serves as the legal lead to crucial operational portions of our business and handles a wide range of real estate related legal matters.
Having an understanding of corporate law and compliance is preferred, as well as a demonstrated ability to work with and manage outside counsel. This role may also be involved in other legal projects from time to time as needed. This role reports to the VP, Associate General Counsel.
