Responsibilities

• Agreement Processing Manage the processing of client agreements upon completion of document collection, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Data Management Utilize the MyCase data management system proficiently to securely store and retrieve customer records, maintaining organized and accessible documentation.
• Document Preparation Support Collaborate with lawyers and legal assistants to aid in the preparation and execution of wills and probate documents, ensuring adherence to legal protocols.
• Material Compilation Gather pertinent materials required for clients' cases, demonstrating thoroughness and attention to detail in information gathering.
• Signing Facilitation Streamline and expedite the signing process of wills and probate documents, facilitating prompt execution while upholding legal requirements and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience Minimum 2 years (preferably 3-5 years) of relevant experience in either the Financial or Legal Industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of professional practices and procedures.
• Educational Background A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, providing a foundation of knowledge and skills conducive to the role.
• Customer Service Aptitude Demonstrated customer service skills coupled with the ability to effectively engage and interact with the public, ensuring a positive and professional client experience.
• Geographical Proximity Residency or proximity to the Law Offices in Sebastian, FL, facilitating accessibility and availability for in-person collaboration and support.
• Estate Planning Experience Previous experience in Estate Planning showcasing familiarity with relevant processes and protocols.
