Responsibilities
- Agreement Processing Manage the processing of client agreements upon completion of document collection, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Data Management Utilize the MyCase data management system proficiently to securely store and retrieve customer records, maintaining organized and accessible documentation.
- Document Preparation Support Collaborate with lawyers and legal assistants to aid in the preparation and execution of wills and probate documents, ensuring adherence to legal protocols.
- Material Compilation Gather pertinent materials required for clients' cases, demonstrating thoroughness and attention to detail in information gathering.
- Signing Facilitation Streamline and expedite the signing process of wills and probate documents, facilitating prompt execution while upholding legal requirements and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience Minimum 2 years (preferably 3-5 years) of relevant experience in either the Financial or Legal Industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of professional practices and procedures.
- Educational Background A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, providing a foundation of knowledge and skills conducive to the role.
