Attorney Montgomery AL Permanent Role/Onsite

Roles

  • Review and approve collection claims placed with the Firm.
  • Represent clients in civil collection matters within the state.
  • Approve and execute pleadings for timely case progression.
  • Maintain regular contact with courts, opposing counsel, and consumers for effective case management.
  • Manage the docket, including trial preparation and post-judgment enforcement.
  • Assist in the management and supervision of cases.

What we're looking for:

  • Currently licensed and in good standing with the AL Bar.
  • Thorough understanding of Alabama Civil Practice law.
  • Dedication to operational excellence.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Disciplined work ethic.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
