Team Summary: Within Nintendo of America (NOA)’s Legal department, the Litigation Team manages claims and lawsuits by or against Nintendo entities, including claims of products liability, intellectual property infringement, or breach of contract. The team also reviews and monitors policies to ensure Nintendo's products and actions comply with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements. The team works with NCL and NOA during product development to promote safety and manage risk. The department's mission is to be a key member of the global business team that strategically shapes business opportunities and manages risk while driving customer satisfaction. This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time. Relocation assistance may be available.
This position includes a base salary range of $164,500 - $296,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
