Title: New York-barred Tax Lawyer

Duration: Likely less than 1 week
Full-time: 5+ hours
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $90/hr
Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to advise client on tax implications for a Delaware corporation owning a condo in NYC
- Experience advising clients on proper determination of fair market value rent
- Experience working with Delaware LLCs and advising clients on LLC-related tax matters
Requirements:
- Must be currently or formerly barred to practice law in New York
- Must be able to work remotely on an ad hoc basis
