LOD/ Consilio is seeking a Marketing Attorney. This is a contract opportunity that is Remote with one of our in-house retail pharmacy clients.

Job Details: Location: Fully Remote Duration: Long-term, ongoing with no end date Full-time: 20-30 hours a week Start Date: Mid-September Pay Rate: $75-85/hr

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience supporting marketing team with traditional retail marketing content review & pharmacy service promotion.
• Reviewing content for pharmacies, as submitted by the marketing team, including branding, and advising on their initiatives (pre-launch) as it relates to PHI (protected health information) and other regulatory compliance concerns.
• Experience with FTC regulations, ideally for retail pharmacies
• Experience with a wide array of marketing contracts, reviewing products and services advertising materials to support various teams company-wide.

Requirements: -Must have experience with AmLaw firm or F500 corporation. -Must be actively licensed to practice law in the United States. -Must be able to commit to a Part-Time Remote Contract assignment long-term. -Capability to work remotely with a larger team.

The hourly range for this position is approximately $75 to $85 per hour. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role.
