SUMMARY
The Client Account Manager will assist the Director of Revenue Operations with promoting efficiency within a rapidly growing department. This position will manage a team of Client Account Specialists who are tasked with handling all billing and collections activities for assigned client portfolios. Additionally, this position will ensure compliance with firm and client policies, procedures, and guidelines.
The Client Account Manager will have contact with senior-level lawyers, the firm’s CFO, and other directors within finance. This position covers a multitude of accounting tasks including billing, collections, day-to-day operations, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation, annual retainer reconciliations, and other duties as the department grows.

Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with additional hours as required. Schedule flexibility to complete assignments will be required — including weekends. Very limited time off in December or January, except Firm holidays.
This position is posted in multiple locations. In Denver, CO the annualized salary range for this position is $103,400 to $136,500 depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. In addition, full time employees as well as some part time employees, will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exist.
