Responsibilities: The New York Fed's Technology & Contracts Team is offering an opportunity to support the Bank's procurement and acquisitions capability within the Legal Function. The technology and contracts team provides legal advice with respect to contracts and procurement for all departments of the Bank. The work spans contracts relating to general services such as cafeteria, building maintenance, training, and real estate, as well as technology matters, including consulting/professional services engagements, software development, software licenses, data licenses, cloud computing, data privacy, and cybersecurity. The team also provides advice relating to procurement practices and processes, including the RFP process. The team advises all business areas of the New York Fed, including Markets, People and Engagement, Research, and the Corporate real estate function in connection with construction, leasing, and other matters relating to real property the New York Fed owns. Provide legal advice, draft documents, and generally support the operation of the Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility (TALF) program for a period of 6 months.
