Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Administrator to join the Driven Brands Legal Team. This role involves managing administrative tasks efficiently, handling billing processes, and taking initiative in task management to support our legal department effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
  • Manage billing processes including invoicing, tracking expenses, and processing payments.
  • Take ownership of task management by prioritizing assignments, coordinating deadlines, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Assist in legal research and document preparation as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold legal standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research databases.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
