Freeman Mathis and Gary, LLP is a rapidly growing, national specialty litigation firm seeking a paralegal to join our Las Vegas, Nevada, office. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with the preparation of a civil case for trial
  • Discovery and records management
  • Ability or willingness to learn to track and summarize documents, including employment records, medical and billing records, discovery requests and responses
  • Proficient in software programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints with minimal supervision and exceptional attention to detail
  • This is a beginning paralegal position; we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is willing to learn and grow

Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • 0-3 years paralegal experience in a law firm
  • Must successfully pass a background/drug screen
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program or in process
