We are looking for a dynamic business-focused Counsel to join the Product & Tech Legal Team, which supports Netflix’s product, engineering, and data science teams in the development and deployment of the technology that enables the Netflix Service. The successful candidate will provide legal support and guidance to the Netflix Partnerships team responsible for the UCAN strategic partnerships that are key to delivering Netflix to our consumers. The role reports directly to the Director of Product & Tech Legal (UCAN Partnerships) and is based in Los Gatos.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $250,000 - $530,000.
