Compensation: $350,000-400,000 all in

We are representing a Senior Compliance opportunity for a rapidly growing $25 billion AUM alternative asset management firm. This person will sit in NYC on a hybrid schedule and join a compliance/legal team of about 10 people. This team coordinates, oversees, and handles all legal, regulatory and compliance issues globally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administering the Firm’s compliance policies
• Assist in designing new policies and procedures to keep up to date with legal and regulatory changes
• Advise investment team on conflicts of interest, investment allocation, information sharing, and fund governance
• Prepare and oversee regulatory filings with the SEC and other international regulatory bodies
• Enhance and maintain the trade surveillance program
• Coordinate compliance training initiatives and materials for employees globally
• Conduct periodic compliance testing and reviews to ensure policies and procedures are working effectively
