General Responsibilities
This person will work with attorneys and paralegals in handling legal matters with various affiliated compaines
Provide general administrative support, including, but not limited to, making copies, filing, answering phones, delivering mail, drafting and typing correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. Proficient in Windows 7 and Microsoft Office applications. Manage multiple Outlook calendars, schedule meetings and conference calls. Arrange travel as needed, including booking and creating itineraries. Prepare and file travel expense reports electronically. Process and maintain record-keeping for inactive and off-site filing. Provide customer service to facilities and division regarding contracting needs and legal direction
Sorting and delivering mail and ordering supplies for the entire Legal Department
Verbal communications and organizational skills are key. Ability to prioritize in a high volume fast past environment with strict attention to detail
Education & Experience
Highschool diploma or equivalent required
Bachelors degree preferred
3 years of Legal Assistant work or Corporate Administration work preferred
Strong Microsoft skills, Executive presence a plus
