As a Global Corporate Banking Attorney - Vice President, Assistant General Counsel within our Global Corporate Banking team, you will be part of a team that supports multiple industry segments. You will work with customer-facing bankers, credit officers and other functions with respect to commercial lending transactions as well as deposit, cash management and payments products, and regulatory and compliance issues affecting our line of business. You will also provide advice regarding new developments and products in our industries and markets and their impact to GCB and its clients. You will leverage your legal knowledge to support and advise the business and other teams such as controls and compliance, as well as have the opportunity to work on challenging cross-line of business projects.
