This position supports the Legal, Compliance and Policy Organization (LCPO) programs, learning & development, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement. We are looking for someone who is energized by driving efficiency, is adept at thinking strategically, comfortable rolling up their sleeves to implement, and is both self-directed and able to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $126,000 – 170,000, Southern California $114,500 – 155,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
