Koch Capabilities is seeking a Legal Coordinator in our Wichita, Kansas offices to provide administrative and project support for the Legal Capability. This position involves contact with various levels of internal personnel as well as external customers. The ideal candidate should possess a detail-oriented mindset, along with strong collaboration skills to work effectively with customers and colleagues. What You Will Do

  • Approach all tasks with an emphasis on process improvement and transformation, experimenting with and utilizing tools such as AI technology.
  • Provide administrative support to legal leadership and additional team members as needed. Such support may include calendar management, event and catering coordination, preparation of expense reports, and travel arrangements
  • Provide support with general office duties such as management of office supplies, employee move requests, mail/shipment requests, and conference room reservations and setups
  • Assist with legal matter management by performing matter setup, updates, vendor setup and invoice processing
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations and create visual presentations such as charts and graphs
  • Provide support with additional administrative tasks as needed, such as document editing, SharePoint site management and data organization
  • Assist in coordination of projects with tasks to include the following:
  • Monitor project progress and provide detailed updates to project manager and stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve trending project issues and gaps, proposing potential solutions
  • Drive collaboration and communication among project team, stakeholders, and manager through effective meetings and interactions
  • Ensure availability and optimal use of all project resources
  • Organize and maintain project documents for easy access to the project team

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in a professional work environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with technology and transformation efforts to refine and automate business processes
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft office tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience independently managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision
  • Experience identifying inefficiencies and solving for a solution
  • Experience working collaboratively with teammates and customers through building business relationships
