Job Summary And Qualifications
General Responsibilities
Works independently and with in-house employment counsel to ensure compliance with all aspects of employment-related federal, state and local laws, including those applicable to non-discrimination, wage and hour, and leaves of absence. Investigates employee legal claims and draft responses to governmental agencies and attorney letters, and supports attorneys in defense of lawsuits. Excellent analytical and writing skills required.
Education & Experience
Bachelor degree required
Paralegal certificate or JD required
3 years of relevant experience
