Job Summary
The Senior Paralegal is responsible for managing the corporation’s service of process for all legal matters; preparing timely responses to legal notices and subpoenas; preparing, managing and tracking litigation hold notices; managing legal tracker database and reporting of outside counsel spend; maintaining deadlines for in-house legal counsel; preparing legal documents and correspondence; assisting with collection and production of relevant documents; assisting with responses to claims from government agencies; preparing correspondence to internal clients, outside counsel and opposing counsel; and other administrative duties as assigned.
