About the Role:
We are looking for a lawyer with 7+ years of practical legal contracting experience to join our collaborative legal team. The right candidate will be eager to learn our business, willing to manage a variety of projects and interact with senior business leaders. The work will encompass a fast-paced environment with a high [steady] volume of legal matters, including all facets of negotiating commercial contracts, including, but not limited to, customer/sales, vendor, services and licensing agreements.
Candidates will need to be proactive in their approach and well versed in collaborating and building relationships with various members of the business, including, but not limited to, members of the Company’s dynamic Sales team, [any other core business units like marketing, product, etc.?] as well as other groups in the organization such as the Privacy, Information Security, Compliance and Information Technology departments to facilitate the comprehensive and efficient review and execution of transactions.
