Legal Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the CLM system and procedures to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of healthcare, regulatory, and business entity matters to support the legal team's decision-making process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration projects including finance, business, and operations, to ensure alignment on contracting procedures.
  • Support business entity-related activities, including entity formation, governance, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the legal team in miscellaneous tasks, including document management and research.
  • Conduct periodic audits of the CLM system.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the legal team leadership to address emerging legal issues and business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Master in law and or paralegal certification.
  • 4+ years of experience in a legal analyst or similar role, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry.
  • Solid understanding of contract law, healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH), and business entity governance.
  • Proficiency in contract management software such as DocuSign and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. These values define who we are. We expect all of our people to act ethically and with integrity at all times.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55,577.00 to $121,105.00 per year.
