Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT) is offering an exciting opportunity for an Associate General Counsel – Corporate Governance and Securities. Reporting to the SVP, General Counsel, this role is responsible and accountable on an enterprise basis for legal strategy and execution for corporate governance, including subsidiary governance, U.S. public company compliance and reporting, corporate finance matters, investor relations and intercompany transactions.
The Associate General Counsel must be able to partner effectively at the executive level, work collaboratively through direct and indirect authority across boundaries and geographies, and work across the enterprise and the global Legal team. This role will be a trusted advisor to the Chief Financial Officer’s senior leadership team.
