The Role
AMD's Immigration team is seeking an insightful, passionate, driven, adaptable, and technically proficient individual to join our collaborative and close-knit team.
The Person
This critical role requires direct interactions with employees and managers, and various stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and all business units. You will work with employees, stakeholders, and outside counsel to process visas and legal permanent residence cases through their entire lifecycle. It also includes significant involvement in H-1B CAP, program compliance, designing process flows and policies, and working on reports. Your efforts will align with legal, industry, and AMD best practices and play a vital part in supporting our commitment to providing best-in-class service for AMD’s foreign national population. This position offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact and foster AMD’s global immigration program.

At AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package. Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position.
