Consilio/LOD is seeking a Commercial Contracts Attorney for a Full-Time contract Remote opening with our client.

Job Details:

• Job Title: Commercial Contracts Attorney
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 6+ months
• Hours: 40 hrs per week
• Setup: Remote
• Pay Rate: $85-90/hour

Required Experience:

• Ad Tech Agreements - work will involve negotiating and analyzing MSAs with product/service specific attachments and analyzing MSA's, analyzing risk for credit reports
• Cloud Services Agreements – work will include using cloud apps with “identity translation and resolution” – the cloud services agreements work involves supporting the creation of these (apps) products/services which they then place out on a cloud provider

Candidate Requirements:

• Barred in USA and in good standing
• 4+ years of experience with domestic funds in a variety of industries
• Ability to work independently on a remote basis; comfortable with tech; ability and desire to work on a contract basis
