As a Corporate Counsel, you will support our Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Securities, Equity Compensation, and Corporate Secretary functions. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally and play a central role in guiding decisions on various domestic and global legal matters. This collaborative role offers significant growth opportunities as you work closely with our Senior Corporate Counsel and Deputy General Counsel. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000.00 - $234,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
