Must have Criminal and Civil Subpoenas experience

Hello We are looking for a Legal Analyst to support Legal and Global Investigations team to help respond to criminal and civil subpoenas. This is a Remote Contract position. Required Skills & Experience Must have experience in reviewing and responding to legal documents such as court orders and/or subpoenas. Must have experience with basic data analysis with Excel, Looker or Tableau. Must have experience in analyzing subpoenas and court orders for validity and completion. Must have experience in reviewing information received from law enforcement and escalating to internal investigation team. Must have experience conducting thorough research of internal databases for responsive accounts and corresponding with attorneys, representatives of other governmental agencies and law enforcement to explain the records, policies and procedures. Must have experience in producing records and document findings. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice, legal studies or a related field. Financial crime investigations experience is a plus. Experience as a Paralegal is a plus.
