Remote Work: Hybrid
We are seeking a Legal Patent Assistant to join our specialized intellectual property (IP) team that protects Zebra’s IP by building, maintaining, and managing our global patent and trademark portfolios. The successful candidate will support Zebra’s in-house patent and trademark attorneys in communications with outside counsel, docket management, collaborations with internal review committees, and departmental projects, thereby enabling the team to strategically and efficiently prepare and prosecution patent applications.
The Legal PatentAssistant uses initiative and discretion in accomplishing assignments, supports team projects, and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish work goals. The Legal Patent Assistant assists attorneys in areas of responsibility by providing information on applicable rules of various governmental entities, such as patent office procedural requirements.

Salary: USD 52400.00 - USD 78600.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
