Business today is increasingly reliant on electronic records, and when fraud occurs in a company those records invariably leave hidden electronic fingerprints of how the fraud was conducted. Identifying, analyzing, and preserving evidence is a critical part of helping our clients control the impact of a fraud event. As a Senior Manager on our Discovery
Services team, you’ll be right at the heart of that goal. It’s a role with far-reaching implications, so you’ll be working with stakeholders across industries with some of the most innovative tools available.

Our Discovery Services team is working with industry- leading eDiscovery technologies to develop innovative solutions to some of the most challenging information risk management issues around. Since we work with such a diverse portfolio of clients across industries, you can expect to take on a wide range of Discovery challenges, making this a great place to develop your technical and business knowledge.
Your Key Responsibilities
It’s no exaggeration to say you’ll never be doing the same task for too long. You’re likely to balance your time between directly liaising with our clients to understand their needs and challenges and create solutions using our suite of Discovery services. It’s all about using your technical skills to creatively assess and resolve our clients’ needs from the front lines. That means thinking differently about how to investigate electronic fraud, and speaking up with innovative ideas that challenge the status quo .

What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $139,800 to $319,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $167,700 to $363,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
