The U.S. Division of American Tower is seeking an Attorney I to join the Real Estate Legal & Compliance group’s Real Estate Land Rights, Rooftops & Conflict Resolution team. In this role, you will analyze our rights and obligations in a variety of agreements, assess risk exposure, partner cross-functionally to understand risk tolerance and operational concerns, and develop creative resolutions for American Tower. Day-to-day, you will engage in communications to answer questions, deescalate conflicts, and solve a wide range of issues in a high-volume environment. Your responsibilities will include negotiating and drafting custom easement, license, management, marketing, and pre-litigation settlement agreements and providing clear and concise explanations of how you propose to resolve disputes and optimize American Tower’s operations.
