The Competition and Markets Regulation Group helps the company comply with the competition and antitrust laws around the world, close mergers and acquisitions, and respond to investigations. We also engage with regulators, academics, and others to consider the role of competition and antitrust law in the face of our changing economy, the development of new technology, and passage of new laws and regulations. It requires a broad understanding of our industry and our customers, technology, the political environment and the law as well as the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate across disciplines to solve problems. We are looking to hire a Senior Corporate Counsel - Anti - Trust to assist us with this critical work.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:
Legal Counsel IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,400 - $242,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $176,000 - $264,000 per year.
