We are looking for Vice President, Regulatory Law to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.
This individual will report to the EVP, General Counsel and Chief Compliance officer and will work with the General Counsel to develop the regulatory function and team.
Bloom’s Vice President, Regulatory Law, will provide oral and written advocacy for the company before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and State Regulatory, Energy Policy and Environmental Agencies; develop, draft and negotiate regulatory positions and prepare public comments; and provide legal and regulatory counsel to internal clients on matters and issues across the regulatory spectrum. She/he will serve as a primary attorney for the government affairs and business development teams within Bloom Energy and partner with these teams to maintain, develop, and expand policy and regulation to support the deployment of Bloom Energy Servers worldwide.
This position will support our regulatory success by bringing legal and regulatory expertise to inform Bloom’s regulatory priorities. The right candidate must be ready and able to join a team of experts, work in a collaborative environment, and effectively manage the demands of multiple simultaneous projects. She/he will be an experienced regulatory lawyer with demonstrable specific energy law expertise. She/he must also be a good writer and communicator who can effectively interface with executive management, decision makers, regulators, and stakeholders.

Salary Ranges:
$280,000.00 - $370,000.00
