As Corporate Counsel, Construction, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to support Amazon’s Design and Construction teams and partner with them to build, launch and manage Amazon's operations network facilities in North America and beyond.
This position structures, drafts and negotiates agreements, manages outside counsel, and counsels internal business clients on:
The role also provides day-to-day business and construction law counseling; identifies opportunities for and implements process improvements; and administers and resolves legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $123,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $229,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
