Job Summary
As a member of the North America Services Product Management team, the Contract Manager supports the direct channel in growing recurring service revenue including but not limited to Ingersoll Rand’s CARE portfolio (service agreements). The position will be responsible for the management and growth of service contracts.
The position will be required to manage all Services commercial contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements. Make complex business decisions involving long-term risk assessment and profitability management. Direct and train Sales, Sr. Management and channels on contract management and policy compliance matters.
The Contracts Manager conducts contract negotiations, and administration of contracting activities; works on complex customer problems. Frequently interacts with customers and/or functional peer groups. Frequent interaction with key IR Channel Leaders and VP’s is required. Due to the high profile of the Business opportunity and the organizational impact for growth and recurring revenue, frequent communication opportunities to high levels of Sr. management (VP level and higher) within organization are required.

Ownership Works Grant: When you have reached your one-year service anniversary with Ingersoll Rand, you will become eligible to receive a grant of restricted stock units (“RSUs”) that will equal 10% of your annual base salary in grant date value.
