Job Description: This position will be part of the sales management team within Sungrow Energy Storage business unit to perform contract management and order execution. This position will support the contract execution from the commercial side, tasks including but not limited to host the risk committee meeting regularly, review the key commercial terms and coordinate the effort across different departments during the bidding process. This position will require direct engagement with sales team to ensure all commercial and legal terms are in compliance with HQ requirement and draw up an agreement that satisfies all stakeholders within the organization. Other duties of this position are to track accounts, manage relationships with other department, and deal directly with customers on behalf of the sales management group. The candidate will work closely with the operation team to ensure the contract guideline and policies stay current with law and regulations that may dictate operations. The position needs to support the sales initiative and help with drafting commercial document and making the sales operation policies. From time to time, this position will need to working with marketing department to support the trade shows and enhance the execution of various marketing campaigns. This position requires a lot of attention to details and ability to execute. This position will require travel from time to time, up to 20%. This position will report to the Contract Supervisor.
