POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Attorney to join our busy team. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work under pressure. The position offers the opportunity to work with a great, hard-working team where you will expand your skills and knowledge. The candidate will be responsible to review, draft and negotiate all aspects of retail, office and warehouse lease agreements, with a heavy emphasis on street store locations, and all lease related documents. The candidate will provide assistance to other corporate departments regarding interpretation of existing lease documents and resolution of lease related issues, as well as, work with the Construction Department to review construction related lease exhibits.
