Key Responsibilities:
- Assist General Partner and Senior Leadership in carrying out duties and tasks, including all administrative aspects for the firm, divisional obligations and external engagements
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters quickly, thoroughly, and proactively
- Works effectively with the General Counsel’s Office to inform on upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Works effectively with a team of administrative assistants who support the Legal Division, with an emphasis on the General Counsel’s Office
- Manage complex calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, exercise excellent judgment in handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Routinely handle highly confidential information
- Lead and/or assist with monitoring, tracking and communicating progress against team plans, key initiatives and/or action plans as assigned
- Assist with and/or communicate progress and develop solutions to meet team goals and/or assignments
- Conduct research, collect and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data as needed to support division leader’s priorities and responsibilities
- Coordinate and collaborate with others to collect, organize and prepare deliverables, status updates and recommendations as assigned
- Handle high volume of e-mails and communications
- Draft and send letters, memos and other division communications
- Coordinate extensive travel arrangements, handle travel details and process business expense reports
Hiring Minimum: $52,080
Hiring Maximum: $85,880
