Department Overview
Motorola Solutions Legal department - by becoming a part of the Motorola Solutions Corporate Legal Team, you support the company in providing public safety and commercial customer products and services in the moments that matter.
Overview:
The job would report to the Corporate Vice President, Transactions, Corporate and Securities Law & Secretary.
Responsibilities Include:
Due diligence review of target companies and preparation of summary findings
Working with the business team to incorporate learnings from due diligence into our valuation model
Working with internal and external counsel on the preparation, review and negotiation of purchase agreements and ancillary agreements
Review and negotiation of R&W insurance policies
Tracking and communication of post-closing indemnity or insurance claims
Review and negotiation of NDAs
Support for our Ventures business as needed
