The Junior Legal Counsel is required to support the bids and proposals cycle for the Legal & Contracts team. Under supervision, she/he will be responsible for risk identification, risk mitigation recommendations, preparation of compliance statements and sales contracts, subcontracts, supply, professional services procurement agreements and other related agreements. They will ensure compliance and governance procedures are implemented in the bids and proposals cycle, to draft, review and negotiate terms and conditions to ensure protection of company interests and the preservation of project profitability.

The Company provides the following compensation range and general description of benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. Salary Range: $95,000 – 130,000 / year
