Bogin Munns, and Munns is a full-service law firm that has served Central Florida’s legal needs for over 40 years, with 40+ attorneys and 11 offices throughout Central Florida. We have an immediate need for a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5-7 years of experience for our Orlando office with experience handling hearings and depositions to join our talented team and build our increasingly busy Commercial Litigation practice.

Role And Responsibilities
Juris Doctor (J.D) degree from an accredited law school.
Proven experience as a Commercial Litigation Attorney.
Strong knowledge of state laws and regulations related to Commercial Litigation.
Construction Law.
Business Law.
Appeals.
School Proceedings.
HOA.
Civil Litigation.
Real Estate Litigation.
Title Work.
Must have outstanding skills in negotiation and client interaction.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with high volume practices.
Highly organized, detail oriented with great empathy and interpersonal skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with spoken and written fluency in English, Spanish helpful.
Must be able to multitask and handle high-stress, sensitive situations with a high degree of confidentiality.
Ability to handle and keep client information confidential.
This job requires the use and exercise of independent judgment.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
The ability to work well under pressure, and to learn and retain new information.
Excellent planning and reporting skills.
Reliable and dependable.
Excellent proof-reading skills and the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors.

EDUCATION
Juris Doctor (J.D) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the FL State bar association.
A minimum of 5-7 years of Associate - Litigation experience required
