Boutique law firm located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida seeking a motivated and accomplished associate level transactional attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. As a Transactional Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of real estate and corporate matters, with a focus on residential, commercial, and corporate transactions. Estate and trust experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice and guidance on real estate matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, contracts, and other transactional documents
- Represent clients in real estate closings, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide legal counsel on property development, financing, leasing, and zoning matters
- Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions to facilitate smooth and efficient closings
- Assist in resolving any legal disputes or issues that may arise during the transaction process
- Stay updated on current real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Florida
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and legal principles
- Experience in drafting and negotiating real estate contracts and transactional documents
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in estate and trust and/or probate related legal work is a PLUS.
- Familiarity with Florida-specific real estate laws and regulations
- Membership in relevant professional organizations, such as the Florida Bar Association or local real estate associations
