A Clayton law firm has an opportunity in their business, commercial and real estate practice group for an attorney with at least two years of experience in all phases of litigation defense. Open to associates at all levels and/or partners with a book of business.

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key attributes for this position. The ideal candidate must be licensed in Missouri. Illinois license is a plus. Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong advocacy skills. Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage file through litigation process independently and as a part of the case team. • Conduct fact investigations. • Handle document productions and other discovery tasks. • Preparation of witnesses for deposition. • Taking and defending depositions. • Review, summarize and analyze medical records. • Court hearing preparation. • Trial preparation and attendance.
