Rose, Klein & Marias in Ontario, California, is adding an Associate Applicant Attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation. Our firm represents a variety of clients, including disabled people, undocumented immigrants and union members. Litigation is before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, with most hearings taking place telephonically. This is a hybrid in-person/remote job.
The ideal candidate must be in good standing with the California Bar, highly organized, attentive to detail, and a sincere advocate for clients with a strong interest in litigation. We prefer 1-5 years of previous experience in Workers’ Compensation law.
