We are hiring an experienced, talented, and energetic Associate Counsel, Commercial to join our expanding commercial legal team and support Lyft’s commercial transactions, focusing on strategic business development, enterprise sales and other commercial contracts. You will strategize with business leaders and manage the negotiation and drafting process, including coordinating input from partners such as product legal, privacy and compliance.
The successful candidate will be organized, an entrepreneurial and resourceful self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, multifaceted, dynamic environment, excellent at building strong relationships, and passionate about closing the deal.
For candidates living in Colorado, the expected base pay range is $130,000-$145,000 and depending on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
