Supporting the development of the curriculum and the teaching activities for the first legal technology and informatics course taught at Stanford Law School.

Supported SurveyMonkey's legal team as its second in-house lawyer and assistant to the Associate General Counsel. Areas of support included:

• Product counseling: provide support for all B2C and B2B business lines.
• Counsel on global privacy, data protection and other areas related to internet regulation, such as multi-jurisdiction online terms & policies, IP management & enforcement and marketing & promotions.
• Commercial: supported key enterprise sales, mission-critical procurement, and strategic partnership deals; provided legal and compliance support to sales team.
• Internationalization: support subsidiary setup & management in 15 countries across 5 continents; international tax structures and restructuring.
