Ø  Own Master Services Agreement/Statement of Work negotiations and revisions for digital media services agency (SEO, Paid Media, Digital Growth Marketing)

Ø  Draft, Negotiate, Revise all other contracts (NDAs, Severance, Joint Venture, etc.)

Ø  Manage Corporate Filings and Reporting

Review franchise agreements and documentation;

Review commercial triple-net leases;

Create a wide variety of commercial contract templates

Ø  Draft App Development Agreements, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policies

Ø  Draft and negotiate NDAs, Independent Contractor, and Master Services Agreements

Ø  Facilitate the development, review, approval and drafting of Consumer Services Agreements

Ø  Review, assess, and interpret contract language and business terms against business unit and corporate objectives and requirements

Ø  Communicate and enforce corporate contracting and vendor management policies
